It has cotton straps over the shoulders with soft foam padding, shaped like a figure-8. You can adjust how tight the straps are at the back to pull the shoulders back using buckles & Velcro.

The Figure Eight Clavicle Strap supports and immobilizes the shoulders to prevent excessive forward movement that could interfere with clavicle healing. The straps are soft, foam padded cotton straps that form a figure 8 shape with an adjustable buckle and Velcro system at the back for adjustable shoulder retraction.
