This advanced care bed is designed for both bariatric and long-term care use. It offers precise positioning, a high weight capacity, and smooth operation for both residents and caregivers.

To complete the setup, accessories are required. Please select the appropriate accessories to configure it as a full bed system.

What You’ll Need to Complete Your Bed Setup

To configure this bed as a complete system, the following components are required:

Bed Frame
The bed frame is required as the foundation of the system.

Bed Rails
Bed rails are required for safety and support.

PLTCDR Half Rails – Our most popular option. These padded half rails offer enhanced comfort and protection and are a premium choice.
PLTCAR Rails – A reliable alternative that also receives excellent customer feedback.

Both bed rail options are sold in eaches. Please select one rail option (pair) to complete your bed frame setup.

Bed Ends (Head & Foot Boards)
Two bed ends are required — one for the head and one for the foot of the bed.
Sold individually.

Mattress (Optional but Recommended)
If a mattress is needed, we recommend the 15770 Gravity 7 Mattress, designed to provide comfort, pressure redistribution, and durability for long-term care use.
